I have worked for a care agency for over 4 years and last February i decided to go as self employed.
This week i had a phone call, was a new client that wanted to use my services.
I wentbto do an assessment and it turns out that she was being serviced by my ex employer…
I have heard that i couldn’t take any clients from my ex employer before completing a minimum of 6 months of leaving the agency. Is this True or i can take this new client with no worries!
