New to the forum, I’ve had a recent scenario and I’m not entirely sure of the answer.
I have a member of staff who visits via agency, they’ve been coming for a year.
About 6 months ago, they joined a full time position at a care company and that company was required to pay a fee.
The individual continued to come work for me throughout.
They’ve decided they would like to come as bank staff, which we’re happy about, however, the agency are trying to apply the same fee despite a fee already being paid by their full time employer.
Is this fee necessary for us to pay considering somebody has already paid it once recently for the same individual?
