A few hours a week i have had someone look after the person i care for it is not a family member or friend but how would i prove this?, its only £10 that i pay them

do i need reciept and a signature from the person to confirm?

Its only 1 hour per week in which i pick up their medications and shopping:?

If you want to prove that you are paying for care, to reduce your Carers Allowance, then yes. However, that means that you are employing them, which could be a minefield. I suggest that you have a confidential chat with our CUK helpline.
