Marmite on toast if I’m feeling queezy or veg soup. Ready salted crisps too.
I also like juicy fruits eg nectarines, berries etc if not feeling very hungry - but best avoided on empty stomach if have been sick.
Hot chocolate / cocoa.

I woke up this morning, and I’m still feeling very offish. I must have gone to bed quite early.
I still haven’t been sick, however I feel so alone. I feel like no one is helping me whatsoever.
Now you have anti sickness meds that are stopping you throw up, it’s worth gradually increasing your food intake and rebuilding your strength again.
It might be worth writing a list of support you do have, even though it’s not the practical support to take over your Mum’s care. Support comes in many forms.
Eg
-your sister gives emotional support through chatting and shared outings.
-the people on this forum give you an outlet to pour out what’s bothering you and offer empathy and advice
You could also add - work colleagues, GP, Samaritans, Karate group etc
