Should I whistle blow about my manager?

Hi everyone, I work as a carer at a care home in London, and my manager is in the face discriminatory based on many things. I am afraid if I whistle blow, the management would not take any action and I would end up facing more issues with the manager. Has anybody faced similar issues? What should I do?

Carers UK Connect forum is primarily a resource for those (unpaid) caring for a friend or family member so I regret to say that it’s very unlikely that any of us have faced, or will face, similar issues.

I would suggest that you contact Unite or one of the other unions that cover the social care sector.
