Can anyone advise me as I had a fall and sustained a fracture which severely affected my mobility. I was struggling to move from one room to another and I told them this on the telephone consultation. Despite this have still awarded me the standard rate for mobility again as they say the injury is expected to heal. However many weeks later my mobility has still not returned to my pre fall level and I think I should have been awarded the enhanced mobility rate for this period of time until I hopefully regain my mobility. Has anyone any experience of this? Thank you.
You should have appealed the decision, I just don’t know if it’s too late for that now as it’s not something that I know much about, but I do know that the majority of appeals are successful.
