I have been told about an organisation that can help me however i have looked closely at the website.
But does it cover mental health issues?

I have tried phoning all day just tells me very busy phone later.

There just seems to be no email address, have to fill in a lengthy form that i don’t think covers my issue.

I need a simple yes no answer, do you do mental health issues?

But just no way of contacting them easily.

Isnt there a phone number, every care home, organisation and doctors, has a number you could call. Try googling it if you havent. It does seem weird that there isnt an email address at least. Explore your options, because there are always other options available.
