If you are planning to move, a downstairs bedroom with en-suite might be very useful in future. I have 2 “mechanical slaves”, a dishwasher and tumble dryer. Unusually we have 2 bathrooms at home, each with a washer dryer. Eldest son sleeps upstairs, he put me in the garage to sleep when he moved back in! He spent ages converting it into a lovely bedroom first, though.
