Hi,
My name’s Simon (Magus Smillsöid), and I’m a full-time carer for my wife, who suffers from crippling M.E. (chronic fatigue syndrome), and a host of other health problems. I myself suffer from chronic anxiety, depression, OCD and social phobia. Recently, I’ve felt totally overwhelmed when caring for my wife, and have found myself crying and sometimes even having suicidal thoughts. I can’t go on like this.
Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Simon, welcome to the forum.
What help are you getting?
Hi Simon
A big part of this forum is anonymity, you are not obliged to give your full name etc so you can edit your post to remove your full name if you wish to.
You are going through a lot - have you both had care needs assessments?
If so, then call social services for an update, tell them you are in crisis.
If not, call social services to do it and tell them you are in crisis.

Hey Simon. Same here. My wife has the same condition as well, as is pretty bad with it most days. Well every day, really.
If you want to chat with somebody in the same position then please do let me know,
kind regards
