Am currently caring for Mum who has had a stroke who is a carer for my Dad. How do I manage now being a key worker safely with the Coronavirus? I am living here temporarily but not coping without seeing my family. It’s like being a key worker who can never go home.
Are they getting any outside help?

If your family are self isolating at home and your parents are self-isolating at theirs and you are taking every precaution to keep everyone safe (following guidelines) I don’t see why you can’t see your family too. It is no different to those receiving social care support in their own homes (probably safer.) Your are allowed to travel from your house to your parents as this is considered essential travel.
