Hi Stuart,

Welcome to the forum. Is your partner claiming all the benefits that she is entitled to? Does she have all the adaptations to the house she needs to make life as easy as possible for both of you?

Hi Bowlingbun, thanks for the welcome. We are currently going through the universal credit system and carer’s allowance unit.

As for adaptations we are are private tenants so it’s difficult to get the support we need.
