Confused About Support Bubble

Hi there

Hope someone can adavise. I live with my Mother who i am a live in Carer for. I am aware that I am allowed another person or family to be a support bubble. I chose my brother who lives with his wife/partner and son. My brothers wife/partner is a registered carer for her Mother who lives in another house. Does that mean she in a support bubble with her mother by the fact she is a carer. As i think you cannot form a support bubble if someone is in a support bubble with someone else. I did speak to a police officer who said it was ok.

Thank you

Hi Anna,
it is my understanding as you live with your Mother, you can only form a support bubble with another single person who lives alone.

A support bubble is a close support network between a household with only one adult or a household with one adult and one or more people who were under the age of 18 on 12 June 2020 in the home (known as a single-adult household) and one other household of any size.

However, this is only my interpretation of the restrictions.
