Carer, working for an agency. HELP!

Hi
My name is Tony. I work for an agency, and care for people of different abilities, and disabilities.
I love what I do very much, but am quite discouraged by the agency I work for. Have any of you any advice on possibly working privately, or for an agency that I don’t have to walk 13KM a night between clients.
Any advice will be greatly welcome.

Can you not at least cycle between patients?
