Best supplement for dementia

According to the alzheimers organisation there are a number of vitamins which are essential to slow down and help with dementia

But my mum who is 98 has alway struggled swallowing any pill bigger than a head of human hair (lol)

So does anyone know of a liquid complex or complexes that has the vitamins ( B,E,Salvia, Circumin,Omega 3 etc )

There are so many supplements out there that are either pills or total rubbish

Often the best person to ask is a pharmacist.

My Mum used to give add vitamin drops to my little sister’s food and to my Dad’s when she felt they needed a boost.
