Hello I’ve reported a change to my Carers Allowance how long does it take to stop getting payments staight away ?
Anytime upto a month due to staff issues at the CA unit.
Best to hold onto any CA paid in the interim.
The DWP are not the happiest of bunnies … even at the best of times.
There’s no death I’m Just working more hours so does my Carers Allowance stop from today ?
Once your weekly pay exceeds £ 120.00 CA will cease … if that’s the change that has been reported.
It is possible to earn in excess of the weekly limit with a little marshalling.
Simplest way is the pension route.
