Hello
The Government has provided us with the contact details of people recognised as medically vulnerable during the Covid-19 pandemic. We’ve used this information and have identified your account from our records. We therefore wanted to reach out to you to let you know that we’re here for you and would like to help.
We are releasing thousands of online slots on Thursday 23rd April for delivery Saturday 25th April to Sunday 26th April and would like to give you priority access.
To gain priority access please click the link below on Thursday 23rd April between 4pm and 5pm.
Please note that you will not be able to gain priority access at any other time or directly through our website. Online delivery slots are only able to be booked by you via our website. Unfortunately, we cannot book a slot for you if you contact us or our stores directly.
Book your Delivery Now
Receiving this email does not guarantee you a delivery slot and your priority access will expire at 5pm, at which point all customers will have access to the same slots.
We strongly recommend that you book your slot before adding items to your basket, as this will reserve your delivery slot for 1 hour. You must complete your full shop, including checking out and paying, within 1 hour to secure your reservation. Following check out, you may make amends to your order up to 11pm the day before your delivery is due.
We ask that you do not share this priority link with anyone else. This link is intended for a select group only. The only exception to this is if you require someone to place an order on your behalf. The trusted individual will need to login to their online account using the link above. If they do not have an Iceland online account they can create one following the instructions below.

I don’t know just aware scams everywhere. If in doubt check and double check and/or don’t use.

Do you sign up to your local neighbour watch newsletter. Which is produced by your local police. These email are invaluable and usually highlight most scam.

Looks very much like a scam. You could phone Iceland to ask.

It can sometimes be very difficult to know from the wording of an email if it’s a scam, but if you hover your mouse over those live links it will show the actual URL and can give you a much better idea.
