Pension @ Caring

I’ve cared for my partner now since 1991, claimed Income Support & Carers Allowance during that period. Coming June I’ll be reaching the age 66, so free bus pass & time to claim my pension.
I’ve checked the Government website & I’m entitled to the full state pension, so I’ll be losing IS & Carers Allowance so I’m lead to believe.
My question is can I still claim Carers Allowance, if not can my partner claim it instead.?
She get ESA & PIP higher rate, any member being through this any advice before the coming June would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks,
Allan.
