Hi my name is Debbie.
I live with my partner R who was diagnosed with cyclothimia last year.
I’m hoping to connect with others who have experience of this condition as some days I just don’t know where to start.
Thank you
Debbie

Hi Debbie
Welcome to the forum.
My husband has a diagnosis of Cyclothymia ( amongst others such as schizoaffective, bipolar 1 and 2 but more recently Cyclothymia) I also have a son who has a provisional diagnosis ofBipolar affective disorder
It can be a very isolated existence and very stressful. My husband was diagnosed in 2008 and my son is just going through assessment with a home care team after a year of suicide attempts and threats with some psychotic episodes.
Have you got family, friends or a support system?
I’d love to hear more about you, your husband and how life is for you
It’s great to meet you and connect.
