Hello from newbie

Hello, my family member has been diagnosed with Cyclothymia and is still undergoing treatment.
Hopefully this will clear up the questions that arise during the treatment process. Hi guys

Hello George

Welcome to our forum!

'm not sure if you are aware but we are currently running a series of online weekly meet ups for carers to get together and chat informally. People say they’ve found it really helpful and supportive and it’s nice to be able to take a little bit of time for yourself. There’s no pressure to share any more than you’re comfortable with. Join up details are here:

Dear George, the fact that you have joined us here demonstrates that you might be in need of some help yourself.

I have experience myself of similar stuff, and it is far from easy to live with.

We’re here to help if we can

Anthony
