New here

Not sure if I should be here.
I’m looking for help with PIP mandatory reconsideration process,
On how to submit evidence of permitted face-to-face assessment recording.

Thank you :pray:t2:

Challenging a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Decision - Ask for Mandatory Reconsideration

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your claim for Personal Independence Payment (PIP), what you can do about it depends on what you are unhappy about. This may include asking for the decision to be looked at again, an appeal or tribunal…

If you disagree with the decision that’s been made about your PIP claim, you can challenge it.

You can challenge the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) decision about PIP if:

you didn’t get it.

you got a lower rate than you expected.

you think your award isn’t long enough.

Numerous forum threads on the major disability sites … SCOPE one of the best for these :

Thank you for the reply,
I’ve been looking at those sites but can’t find anything about submitting the recording I have for the mandatory reconsideration.
The face-to-face assessment blatantly lied in the report and I think maybe she forgot she was being recorded

Thank you in advance
