I'm disabled and rely on my Son and Carers to look after me

My son is my main carer, but he has a wife and my grandchild to look after. He washes his hands the second he walks through the door.
I have carers in four times a day, they are now wearing masks, aprons and gloves. They don’t wash there hands, just put gloves on and part way through the call take the gloves off. My son challenged them on the glove issue and was told the glove had faeces on so the carer had to take it off…

I feel like its just a matter of time until I become sick due to the poor hygiene of my carers. My Son wants me on lockdown but can’t do all the calls on his own without paid carers…
What should I do?

Personally, I would let your son help more. At least he hopefully isn’t visiting loads of different places in the day. To start with try to reduce the care visit’s per day. Also, check with you son that his family. Are staying self isolated as a family.
