I’m new to caring. Wondering how do people keep track of everything? Seems like there is just so much to manage (finance, appointments, reminders, prescriptions etc) - Has anyone come across some app that just makes it a bit simpler?! Could do with some time back in the day!
@vsingh89 ,welcome to the fourm, I basicly make notes on the calander on my phone or laptop. You can set reminders on either clander or pc. I keep a diary and make notes in it to remind me but also clanders and notices board to use to remind me to do things.
Thank you for the welcome @Michael_1910123 ! Yeah I have mostly been doing the same. Pen / Paper / a bit on the phone. I have a sibling and they ask for updates. Then I have to send all that info over whatsapp etc . Just feel when I am not caring for my mum, I am then doing all the paperwork and communicating with others, checking forums for updates

Thanks - Just downloaded this and played around with this. Its so stuck in 2012. Really supprised there isnt a better solution in this and age to make the life of carers easier
@vsingh89 , as it has been suggested, make notes on what tasks need doing. Do your best divide up what needs doing over the course of a day. Then hopefully, you can divide your time between caring and having a brief break in-between tasks. I did that for a lot of years. It worked for me.
