Sunny disposition he was awarded mobility 15 20 years ago but because I can’t get carers allowance we are considering switching to the care component. It was a remark made by my sister wich as made me think he could lose the car or get less money i honestly haven’t a clue what to do.Plus the form doesn’t help as some of the questions that are asked are ther to trip people up in my opinion. All that needs to happen is an updated review of the original claim. All the documentation states tell us a change of circumstances. Which includes if your condition has changed. And you have got worse and you need more help.
It’s not a choice of one of the other. If a person is entitled too both then they get both.
