Hello to all you carer’s and retired carer’s and anyone else,
I want to bring your attention to a Petition asking the government to raise the amount paid to carer’s claiming ‘Carer’s allowance’. At present it is only £67.25 per week.
Please scroll down on the Index page to the forum to ‘Campaign and Petitions’. There is a post in that section entitled ‘Re Petition Carer’s Allowance’.
At present there are less than 20,000 signatures, we need 100,000 to get the government to discuss this in parliament. It only takes a minute to sign.
