Interesting. Their website says they’ve been in the business for 35 years, but the business itself was first incorporated in 2021. Their accounts to October 24 are the most recent publicly available and they suggest a loss of £80k.
Something seems to have changed…
But yes - ICB’s have been pushing to cut Continuing Health Care costs for the last 10-15 years, sometimes barely legally, occasionally not even close to legally. They tried with Mike and failed.
As @bowlingbun says, it pays to look up the regulations first.
