Voicemails have a habit of getting “lost”.
Initially send a letter BY RECORDED DELIVERY requesting an assessment for your daughter and yourself.
Then get the email for the person it’s allocated to and communicate as far as possible by email.
Never believe anything you are told by a social worker unless it’s written down. Horrible to think, but I’ve been lied to many times.
I always print off all emails, and keep them in a folder for proof.
