Hi new to this looking for some advice from people dealing with looking after someone with mental health.my wife has bipolar and personality disorder and she’s going through an episode at the moment where she completely ditatches herself from me over something maybe I asked if she minded I did and it escalated from there.how do people handle cope when things happen any help would be great
