Yes I do know the company, there are a lot of issues with this care company, I just would be on the phone all day reporting all the issues, i have reported them to the CQC who have had words.
The care company are short of staff employ basically anyone of course they do the vetting to make sure no criminal record.
There are some lovely staff but just some who shouldn’t be carers, just haven’t got the right compassion or attitude.

I have heard other care companys are worse, this is one of the good ones, the tales i hear would make your head spin.

Wow, this is a very serious concern around the UK. Without compassion or the right attitude definitely in the wrong job.
Awful though because the elderly and vulnerable rely on good carers.
Well done for reporting them to CQC and any more issues then contact them again.

Just awful there isn’t more done for care agencies.

Mum and I did have a set of three trainees watch during a couple of care visits. We were asked and agreed beforehand and a supervisor and carer escorted the trainees. All of them wore care agency jackets. Talk about how many people does it take to change a pad?! They were almost tripping over each other!

Oh my Goodness. Almost like a joke about Council workers. All the people and there was probably an elderly person on her own waiting for a carer.
You needed an extension to your house no doubt!

Yes, hospital bed, commode, hoist, oversized special recliner (thank you, nhs) five carers all in the back room of a 3 bedroom semi! Oh, and mum too! We needed to push the walls back.

It’s absolutely shocking! Im surprised there was room for your mum.
