Someone asked recently about travel insurance. I have an AXA travel insurance annual policy.
Their call centre was excellent, some of the others, even the ones Which recommended, were really horrible.
One girl, when I explained clearly and carefully to her the exact nature of one of my health problems, refused to carry on talking to me as she said I kept changing my answers!!!
No, I wasn’t, I was just giving very specific details. I am very aware of the fact that if you give one incorrect answer it can void the whole policy.
