Purpose of survey: To find out about parent carers’ experiences of their disabled young son/daughter aged 14 or over transitioning into adulthood. It is for parent carers in England and we want to hear about your current and past experiences. This is to help develop good practice.
Who is involved: Carers UK is part of a project led by Contact, along with NDTi and the National Network of Parent Carer Forums to help develop good practice around transition for parents of disabled children. The work is supported by the Department for Health and Social Care as part of the delivery of the Carers Action Plan.
