I’m looking for other Carers whose relative has moved out of the family home but who are still involved in their care and support. I don’t consider myself as a “former carer” because I’m still very much hands on. My adult son has complex learning and physical disability and lives in a sheltered supported living environment.

I’m in the same situation. I’m under medical orders never to care for anyone ever again, but it’s impossible! My son rings me every night at 8pm, there seems to be something he wants me to do every night, and it gets me down at times!
