First step , a Needs Assessment from your LA if the current one is out of date.
They are the ones that control the purse strings to DPs.
If changing care providers leads to higher costs , it will be for the LA to decide as to whether the DPs should be increased in tandem … or not … bearing in mind the rise in the minimum wage due early next month.
