Hi all new to the site. Became a carer nearly 2 years ago. Cared for Mum for a few months before she passed and now caring for elderly Aunt that has learning needs. My life has been changed dramatically and sometimes I feel no matter what I do/don’t do it’s never enough…

How did you end up caring for your aunt?

A lot of carers will identify with the “can’t do enough” feeling. But you also need a break from caring. It’s ok to ask for help.
