Hi. I’ve only just joined. I am 57 yrs young and I have been caring for my son for many years, but due to his illness worsening I have just had to give up my job to care for him full time. I’m not sure on how to claim anything, so any advice would be helpful. My son has autism, depression and gastro paresis, so his only nutrition is via a NJ tube.
Hi @Marthamay, welcome to the forum. Has your son got a social worker? As they would be able to help you or contact the carers helpline for further information and advice.
Thank you. I will try the carers contact
