anybody know if i have rights ,to care for my sister whilst in hospital because of her low capacity,etc more than just visiting
Can you tell us a bit more about your sister?
Does she have learning difficulties, dementia, or struggling because of ill health and medication.
Are you being denied access or information, or both?

What is wrong with your sister? Are you not being allowed to visit?
if she has a learning disability should be a learning disability nurse at the hospital who may be able to help with this. If you contact the hospital PALS department they should be able to give you the nurse’s contact details.
In the meantime does your sister have a hospital passport? There are lots of templates online, pick the one that you think is most suitable and fill it in to help staff understand your sister’s needs.
