It’s okay my brother helps every week he gets time as he’s retired. so we don’t need help. I take over one day a week mon to tues I do I gets frustrated if my dad calls me every 5mins I don’t get a chance to do things I can understand how it feels when he wants things but I feel angry and think that’s it I can’t do the things I need to do anymore I have to do chores for myself like my bedroom wash my clothes do my food I don’t go running I have a rest day when I’m looking after him as I get tired.
