I would love to be “active” again, but the reality is that I’ve spent most of the month in or on my bed fighting off a chest infection, then cellulitis. When I became a carer I could run a mile without getting out of breath. Now I can’t run, at all!!
I want to be more active. I’ve tried a couple of exercise DVDs, and used to visit the gym before lockdown. I’m not a fan of outdoor exercise classes but don’t mind indoor ones however. I’ve also tried swimming and horse riding as well in the past over the years. Not keen on running or badminton. I love to play table tennis and do walking.
Any other ideas gratefully appreciated thank you in advance. As a child I did various fitness activities including indoor gym. I like the idea of doing stuff at a leisure centre. I don’t use a Fitbit as I cannot afford to buy one. I don’t mind gardening either.
