Today, after speaking again to the financial assessment team re the daughters charge for social care I was given the above website, as apparently this is where all the charging teams get their information from.
Problem is it is not accepting new registrations and wondered if any of you lovely lot was a lucky member at all?
I’m trying to find the details where they relate to the energy coatings before they give a discount in the DRE.
Can anyone help at all please?

I used to be on this years ago but my membership lapsed after I retired. That said, the fact that it is effectively a “closed shop” means that your council will either have to provide their login details - which they won’t - or download and forward it to you in a format your computer can access. The onus is on them. This is information they have a legal duty to provide directly, not to send you chasing after.
