Diet......for a carer

Oh yes. Good old stress eating. Trying to be healthy.

Dietician says mum needs lots of rice oudding cream and chocolate to tempt her to eat. It works.

Tempts me to eat too though!! I was already eating just fine, oops.

I have 2 meals a day. Last meal around five. I eat lots of salad and no bread or sugar.

I am very overweight. Humph.

Hope you manage to get some stones off!

Loosing weight is a slow process. You can’t reduce your weight in a single day. Try low calorie diet, it will you help you a lot to lose weight.
