I know it depends where you are in the uk but it worth going for these grants. I have used it several time for my self and it been a god send when money tight at the wrong time or the right time.

It depends on your local authority. I just checked mine and they don’t even have anything up about it - the webpage hasn’t been updated. Classic.

They’ve probably all taken annual leave due to family commitments. Probably only back when the little darlings are back in school???
Tbh when anything new comes in from government, our council is well behind the curve. It’s been the same with the new bin arrangements. Supposed to start this week, but our council won’t be ready for at least another year - their contract with the current provider runs out then and is one of those impossible to shake contracts. They tried to cut ours a year early and we proved that they couldn’t, threatened legal action. The company they use right now has a bigger budget than they do, and bigger lawyers.
