Hi there. Has anyone had any issues with the Court of Protection? If so, how did you navigate a successful way forward? 
A bit of background information would make it easier to reply appropriately.
Hmmm…where to start! Basically I turned to the cop re Justice re a Relative, to get them to safety (as their long term carer, but now remotely, as ill myself). Elder Abuse unfortunately at the placement they’re in. Years later in the cop … the people who’ve been abusing my Relative managed to somehow get things turned against me 
I’m now making a Stand against these people, ss, others involved in their ‘care’. It’s taken a toll on my health, …and I’m not giving in…thankfully cracks are appearing re the lies of the above mentioned people involved in my Relative’s ‘care’. I’ve read some of the other posts from Carers on the Forum … I pray for everyone who cares enough for a Relative/Friend to support them
