They are introducing a fee to go through the Blackwall tunnel next month. I am a blue badge holder and am registered to be exempt from the congestion charge but am unsure if i have to register to be exempt from tunnel fees or if this is automatic. I have tried to find out online but it is unclear on the government site. Anyone know please?

Scroll down until you reach the Blue Badge part and click on the + sign - it opens out to explain everything.
Thats very kind but i also found this page and its still not clear. Im already a blue badge holder but not sure if i need to register separately for the tunnel exemption?
Yes you do. If you click on the + symbol next to blue badge holders, scroll down and it tells you what you need (documentation) and if you have those documents, to click on the box “Apply for discount.” It explains everything.
Thank you for your reply. It was still not clear so i messaged Transport for London and you dont need to register if you hold a blue badge and are exempt from the congestion charge. Hope this is useful information for anyone else needing to know.
