Advice please

I care for my mother who is in her 90’s, registered as partially sighted and very little feeling in her hands. She lives on her own in a flat in sheltered accommodation. She has nothing wrong mentally but physically is fragile and uses a walking frame to move round her flat.

We are told to stay at home, but mum only has me to help her so I go each day, give her medication, prepare her dinner and evening meal. plus cleaning etc.

I live on my own and I am following the rules, only seeing my children/grandchildren over skype. Am I ok to continue to care for my mum - social services are stretched at the moment I know. when this is over I will be looking to pay for a carer to help. At them moment what do I do? continue as normal helping her? Any guidance would be good. Thank you
