A start up for carers

Hello to all in the carers community.

I hope this is an appropriate forum for my question (please don’t mind if it isn’t since I am new).

I live in London Ealing/Acton and recently left my job after nearly 25+ years in engineering/tech.
I have decided to change tracks and focus my efforts on a start up company for carers however I have a lot of questions and I would really like to speak with experienced care workers to help get some answers and build an overall understanding of how things work.
I do realize this will consume from your precious time and you might have other crucial responsibilities so I am more than happy to offer a proper compensation should you be willing to consider ? Please let me know.

Also if you have any other ideas/ thoughts/suggestions then I am all ears.
