As an Online Community Host , you’ll welcome new members to Carers Connect and, when needed, signpost them to Carers UK information and support.
By welcoming carers to Carers Connect who may be going through a difficult time and pointing them to vital support, you’ll be making a real difference for carers while also developing your IT and communication skills along the way.
The skills you need
- Access to a computer, tablet or phone with internet access.
- Excellent online communication skills.
- The ability to write in a friendly and supportive way.
This role is flexible. We recommend you log in and post on Carers Connect at least once a week.
