Anyone expecting the carer’s allowance, child benefits, income support or other payments to clear over the Easter break should be aware it may arrive slightly earlier, the DWP has warned.
What about the state pension, ESA, income support, Carer’s Allowance and other benefits over Easter?
As with Universal Credit - if you are due a payment on either Easter Friday (19 April) or Easter Monday (22 April) money will come through on Thursday instead.
That applies to Attendance Allowance, the state pension, Carer’s Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Jobseeker’s Allowance, Pension Credit and Personal Independence Payments.
