Why are England carers excluded from the double Christmas payment that Scotland and Wales receive 
Very unfair.
You could start a petition and/or write to your MP.

Hey just wanted to say I’m from wales and we don’t get it either, uts just Scotland that do this.
I agree though completely, Scotland gives uts unpaid carers a bonus in June and December around £250, and this Christmas they are getting double as thanks for their efforts, it’s such a shame wales and England don’t have the same regard for us.
I’m a pensioner, so I never get anything!
The treatment of family carers by the government is utterly shameful.
