Newbie here

Hello all!

I’m new here. I currently care for my 36 year old big sister with moderate dyslexia part of the time (she has a paid job) and also act as a full time guardian of my 3 year old little brother with open spina bifida, he has a L1 lesion. I also work four days at a college helping with data entry, paperwork, and filing etc which keeps me busy and sane! I love getting out and meeting people.

I love sewing and all things crafts as well. I used to sew for a living. I live in Surrey. I am also expecting my first baby in a couple of months time. I look forward to contributing whenever possible on this forum… and sharing my wisdom/opinions. The reason I am here is because we recently learned that the unborn child also has spina bifida (lesion level unknown). I am expecting a little girl just before Christmas. I’m 23 years old now.

I finished college this year.

Hi Thara … welcome to an extremely quiet forum as I type.
