I would like to see if anyone can help regarding where it is best to post carer/personal assistant job vacancies.
I have a friend with complex needs - electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS), multiple chemical sensitivities(MCS), PTSD and food intolerances - we, her friends and current carers, are struggling to find enough care for her and are covering gaps in her care, but it is untenable situation.
There is a fairly high turnover of carers and we are not receiving enough responses to the ongoing adverts.
Desperation is setting in and I thought perhaps some people on this forum could help with ideas and where to target our efforts.
