There seems to be a lot of glitchs in the benefit payment system.
My caree again phoned up in a panic her ESA has not been paid, always gets paid early Friday morning.
Checked bank repeatedly, no ESA.
Has anyone got the telephone number?
We are in North Yorkshire, think its dealt with in Hull?
Very frustrating, time and time again no benefit payment.
And no savings to fall back on.
How can I get in touch with ESA?
Phone an Employment and Support Allowance advisor at the ESA contact centre for free by calling their freephone number 0800 055 6688 for new claims or phone 0800 169 0310 when discussing existing benefits claims.
Rang up on behalf of my caree, i have permission, its on her file.
Went through the automated system, was on for an hour and five minutes but gave up in the end.
Will try again on Monday.
Are there not rules that they have to pay the benefits, can’t just cut you off without a bean with no explanation or reason?
